Situated on the back end of the estate in a quiet cul de sac road, with views of the coastal forest and a partial ocean view, that is breathtakingly tranquil. Watch the fish eagles sore in the distance and experience the cry of Africa pulsing through your veins, as the ocean’s taste, smell and sound awakens your senses.
This stunning property will leave you numb, complete relaxation, the way holidays should be. We offer a unique service at The Golf House, trying to make your holiday as convenient as possible. Spend those precious hours on the beach, at the pool or playing a round of golf, soaking up the tranquillity that lurks.
The villa is located toward the back of the estate taking no longer than a 5 minute drive to get the nearest beach access point, restaurant at The Lodge and main swimming pool area with tennis and squash court and a jungle gym for the kids.

3 en-suite bedrooms are in the main part of the villa. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with a king size bed and has a sea view and private balcony, located upstairs. The two other bedrooms, located downstairs are both twin rooms with en-suite showers. Both these rooms offer direct garden access and private patios.

The 4th bedroom is located outside of main house at the pool and opens up into the garden overlooking the swimming pool. King size or twin bed with en-suite shower.

The braai area offers a built-in wood/charcoal braai with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and the views the house has to offer from the open plan lounge.
