The Golf House @ No.74 is situated on the back end of the estate, with views of the coastal forest, the golf course and a partial ocean view, that is breathtaking. Watch the fish eagles sore in the distance and experience the cry of Africa pulsing through your veins, as the ocean’s taste, smell and sound awakens your senses.

Spend those precious hours on the beach, at the pool or playing a round of golf, soaking up the tranquillity that lurks.

The villa is located the top of the estate taking no longer than a 5 minute drive to get the nearest beach access point, restaurant at The Lodge and main swimming pool area with tennis and squash court and a jungle gym for the kids.

Please note that this house is not suitable for children under the age of 6 as there are steep stairwells and an open swimming pool.

The Golf House @ No.74 Facilities

- 4 en-suite bedrooms through out the house all with air conditioning.

- master bedroom, with queen size bed and en-suite bath and shower, this room is located on the entrance level of the house, offering easy access to the living and kitchen areas. It also has its own private balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean.

- two bedrooms located on the bottom level of the house, both with twin beds and en-suite showers. These rooms have sliding doors that open onto a wooden veranda that overlooks the golf course.

- fourth bedroom is located above the pool area and is completely separate from the main house. This room also has a queen size bed and an en-suite shower, with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and courtyard.

- main TV Lounge on the entrance level of the house with full bouquet DSTV open plan to the kitchen with separate scullery and dinning room area, leading out onto the balcony veranda overlooking the golf course and offers a partial sea view.

- braai area that is located by the swimming pool in the courtyard, close to the kitchen.

- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and separate scullery.

- washing machine, tumble dryer and a washing line in courtyard.
