DEPOSITS

50% deposits are required on confirmation of bookings to secure the booking

Full payment is required ONE month prior to check in date

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings will only be confirmed when proof of payment is received

Breakage Deposits are required prior to occupying the property and can be given in the form of a valid credit card or cash payment that will be added to your invoice for your stay. This breakage deposit will be refunded 14 days after your check out date and any damages will be deducted or charged. You will receive an invoice for payment before any charges are made.

CANCELLATIONS

50% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within a month of the arrival date

100% cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date

December bookings require full payment ONE month prior to your check in date and 100% cancellation fees are effective ONE month prior to your check in date

In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked will be charged

Early check outs are NON-REFUNDABLE

The property must be vacated no later than 10am on day of check out. Thank you
